This is our Membership Form for adult, junior and social members.

Please read the document and if you have any questions please ask one of the team captains or junior age-group leads. The completed form can be returned by email to cricket@weybridgevandalscc.com or another method agreed by the Club Secretary or Membership Secretary.

Please note that by paying the fee via regular payment&/ or one-off payment via our payment app, members and junior player parents/guardians are confirming you have read, understood and agree with the conditions and details of membership as laid out on the form and displayed on our website.

Please note that members and juniors parents/guardians are asked to:
- register on our Pitchero Club App, with particular attention to contact details
- advise the Club about any material changes
- advise the Club of any relevant medical condition or allergy.
