Our previous guest speaker, Steven Finn is not able to be there as he's been called away to India. We wish him well on his trip and hope very much to see him at Brownacres in the not-too-distant future.

But we're absolutely delighted to announce that England & Surrey CCC Legend, Adam Hollioake has heroically stepped in and will now present the awards and be the star guest speaker at our Awards Dinner.

Adam is a true Surrey legend. He captained Surrey from 1997 until 2003 and led them to victory in the County Championship in 1999, 2000 and 2002. He went on to claim 9 trophies in his time as Surrey captain making him one of the most successful 1st class captains of all time.

Adam made his England debut in two ODI’s against Pakistan in August 1996 and made his test debut, playing alongside his brother Ben against Australia in August 1997. He achieved greatest success in ODI’s playing in 35 matches from 1996 to 1999. He captained the side to victory in the 1997 Sharjah Cup, England's first tournament success for ten years.

A local lad at one point who lived in Oatlands Drive and attended St George’s College in Weybridge playing for the now defunct Oatlands Park and at Send.

The fabulous marquee venue at our Desborough Island (KT12 1QP) home ground will again be the venue for the Awards plus the 4 course menu and other enticing treats in store.

And our star guest speaker, Adam Hollioake will tell stories from his travels around the globe and from the England and Surrey dressing rooms. And we shall be paying tribute to our wonderful circle of Local Business Sponsors and our band of volunteers and supporters for all that they do in support of our club.

We very much hope that parents / guardians and supporters from our amazing boys & girls junior cricket squads will be able to come along together and join in with this enjoyable event.

Ticket prices have been frozen again - for the 5th year running!:
£50 (18+); £30 (U18s and Full time students).

And as a new feature this year, club members who bring a guest will be given a free entry into a BIG PRIZE DRAW!

Our club runs on the generosity and commitment of our members, supporters and sponsors. All the income raised from the event will be invested in playing facilities and equipment, especially those for our junior cricketers.

2024 was our Centenary Season, making this an extra special occasion, as we celebrate the achievements and contributions made both on and off the pitch.

We'll announce the menu for the 4-course meal and other exciting features very soon.

The small print re payment & refunds: We hope you'll understand that if you cancel late on, we shall not be able to refund all your ticket money as we'll have incurred costs for the event. Once you've booked your seats and paid or committed to come along, our cancellation deadline will be 21st February 2025. Up to that point we'll be able to offer a 50% refund. After then, any refund will be at the discretion of the event management team.
