In addition to club members with voting rights, social members and supporters are also welcome to come along and get to see and hear how we're doing against our ambitious 5 Year Club Development Plan.

Our club can only thrive with the effort and talent of our members, supporters and volunteers.

Our AGM is a great opportunity to get involved. And through the expression of our Vision, Mission & Values - which we'd like to take stock of and discuss at this important event - influence how we do things and help shape our future.

The agenda for the meeting is attached. This includes information and links to important documentation for pre-reading, regarding:

• Club Rules pertaining to the AGM
• Club Vision & Development Masterplan - Refreshed for 2025
• Roles & Responsibilities & Working Group Summaries - Iterated for 2025
• Committee Members for 2025, to be proposed en-bloc
• Informal leadership and supporting roles to be nominated and appointed.

Important Notes:

• In accordance with Rule 28 of the Club Rules, a member may nominate another member for any Committee position. Nominations to be made in writing, signed by the nominee and seconded by a third member, to reach the Club Chairman or Secretary by no later than Monday 10th February 2025 and circulated to all the members.
• In accordance with Rule 17 of the Club Rules, any resolutions must be made in writing and sent, together with the name of the seconder, to reach the Club Chairman or Secretary by no later than Monday 10th February 2025 and circulated to all the members.
