We're thrilled to announce we've again secured continued use of the excellent indoor nets facility at Halliford School Sports Hall, for senior 'winter' nets - on Monday nights through Feb & March.

NEW PLAYERS VERY WELCOME!
2025 will see all of our 3 senior Saturday league sides playing in the new Surrey Cricket Championship. And we'll continue to run our Sunday 'friendly' XI and midweek T20 Surrey SLAM sides. So we want to hit the ground running following these indoor practice and warm up sessions.

We're keen to recruit new players of all standards, so whether you're relatively new to the game, coming back from a break or just keen to make a switch to a good, inclusive and friendly club, with excellent playing and training facilities, please give cricket a go with us at Weybridge Vandals.

The timetable for Feb & March 2025 is as follows:

Timeslot: 8 to 9pm
Dates: 3rd, 10th & 24th Feb plus 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th March.

Venue: Halliford School Sports Hall, located on Wadham Close, Shepperton, TW17 9HX. There is free car parking adjacent to the Sports Hall entrance.

What to bring & wear: If you've got your own playing and protective equipment please do bring it along. But if not, we'll be pleased to lend some to you. Please do wear indoor sports footwear - and no cricket spikes please!

Safeguarding: As an ECB Clubmark Accredited Club, as you would expect our coaches are ECB qualified and DBS checked. We do ask that parents of U18s provide us with emergency contact details. We have a Safeguarding Officer and our full Safeguarding Policy is published on our website.

Costs: For new / prospective members we'll be pleased to offer a taster session free; 2 sessions for U18s. After that and for existing members, we shall ask for £6 per session attended, towards our venue hire and equipment costs.

That said, if personal financial circumstances make that unaffordable, please do just mention this privately to one of the coaches; we'll wish to be as supportive as possible and come to a confidential arrangement with you.
