Horsham is one one of the oldest clubs in Sussex and play in the Sussex Premier League. They have a festival when Sussex play a 4 day county match and a YB40. Sussex 2nd XI often at Horsham. It is a privilege to play on such a good ground. Dr John Dew gets a superb write up on Wiki. He was Horsham's equivalent of GWB - president and colts manager of Horsham CC for 47 years. I can't think of that club without thinking of Dr John. The Horsham CC cap bears JAD 1920-2008. The most famous club members include Christopher Martin-Jenkins (RIP CMJ), his son Robin of Sussex recentley retired and current players Will Beer (Sussex), Carl Hopkinson (Sussex), Michael Thornely (Leics), David Hussey (Notts & Australia).
